Cold outreach was slow, generic and follow ups were forgotten. I built a system where ChatGPT writes each email, Gmail sends it, follow ups go out automatically and replies are detected and drafted in real time.

The problem

Writing personal emails at scale took hours, follow ups depended on someone remembering, and replies sat unanswered in the inbox.

What I built

  • An Airtable lead list as the campaign source
  • ChatGPT writes a personalised email for every lead
  • Emails sent through the Gmail API
  • Automatic follow ups after 48 hours, up to 3 emails
  • Real time reply detection with AI drafted responses
  • Airtable status updates at every step for reporting
